When we started mentordial.com, many people told us the idea wouldn't work. It's hard to bring strangers together to help each other.
We believe that people are, at the core, good. Because mentorship has had a significant impact on our lives as entrepreneurs, we wanted to create a platform that also positively impacts the lives of others.
It hasn't been easy. Unfortunately though not frequently, as we double the number of bookings month to month, we've had no shows and mentors and mentees rescheduling calls. This makes for a bad experience, especially when the mentor wants to do some good and the mentee urgently needs help.
To face these challenges, we decided to implement the following policies:
A no-show is when a mentee or mentor does not make the call.

All of these changes are subject to appeal. To appeal, we need an explanation from you about why you could not make the call. To appeal, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
We're implementing these changes because we heard from all of you. We hope these changes will improve the experience and help you reach your goals faster.
