Nikhil Madan’s professional motto is summed up by “Entrepreneurship is a lifestyle and not math”.

He is a global entrepreneur turned investor with a firm belief that one should be an entrepreneur for the right reasons and not for the next up round.

His love for cars, aircrafts and robots brought about the development of the automotive and aerospace systems business, while his passion for technology kept him in the software industry. He places the highest value on “getting the job done” and "customer delight” and ascribes the success of several of the multi-million $ revenue businesses that he has co-founded to placing the highest value of keeping customers happy and deep expertise in commercialization of ideas.

He has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur. In total, he has founded 8 startups, is electronics engineer by training, masters in sustainability and also a Berkeley Haas Alumni.

For over two decades, he has built and grown his businesses through organic methods and mergers & acquisitions and has created multi-national operational and delivery capacities. He has built many centers of excellence in diverse industries, countries comprising many nationalities and is particularly aware of nuances of cultures.

He runs a family office in Germany and India with investments in over 40 startups, tradable securities, and real estate.
