When you find the mentor that you want to speak with, click on the blue Book a Call button to set up a time to talk to him or her. You will be able to connect with them via Zoom or Google Meet on a date that you select.
To prevent users from abusing the system and respect the mentors' time, we don't provide free calls. However, if you are not satisfied with your session, you can request a refund up til 7 days after your first session. No questions asked.
Sessions are 30 minutes long. It's important that you tell us what you want to talk about on the booking form so that the mentor can prepare beforehand. Most mentees find that 30 minutes is enough time to get the advice they need to get unstuck.
Yes. Many mentees book mentors on a weekly or biweekly basis. Phone calls are so productive that you'll find that you'll have some action items after the call. Once you've handled these items, you might want to book another call.

Each mentor page has the expert's job title and areas of expertise. Please read their bio to see what they can help you. We have successful entrepreneurs who founded and sold multi-million dollar tech companies, sold companies, and raised millions in venture funding.
When you book a call, we determine your timezone and will suggest times that will work for you and the mentor. We have mentors available worldwide. The time you see where it says "Next Available" is the time in your timezone.
You can reschedule or cancel sessions up til 24 hours before a session. If you cancel a session less than 24 hours before, you will not receive a refund. Cancelling or rescheduling on a short notice might lead to your account to be deactivated.
